Report Abuse

1. Submit a report

Email info@reimage.cc with a clear subject such as “ReImage Git abuse report.” Include:

• the exact account, repository, issue, comment, package, artifact, or other URL;
• the policy or right you believe is affected;
• a concise description and relevant timestamps;
• supporting evidence, such as screenshots or request headers, when useful;
• your name and a reliable contact address; and
• for legal claims, your authority to act and any required good-faith statements.

Do not include passwords, private keys, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

2. Security vulnerabilities

For vulnerabilities affecting ReImage Git or its infrastructure, email info@reimage.cc before public disclosure. Include reproducible steps, affected URLs or components, impact, and any mitigation you identified. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt service, or retain data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.

3. Copyright and legal claims

Copyright reports should identify the protected work, the specific allegedly infringing material and URL, your contact information, your authority to act, and statements that the report is made in good faith and is accurate. We may forward the substance of a complaint to the affected user where lawful and appropriate.

Users may respond with a correction, authorization, licence, counter-notice, or other relevant context. ReImage does not adjudicate complex ownership disputes and may require parties to pursue an appropriate legal process.

4. What happens next

We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may request more information. Depending on urgency and context, we may preserve evidence, restrict access, remove content, disable Actions, contact the account holder, or refer a matter to an appropriate authority.

We do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time. Reports involving imminent danger, child safety, or an active compromise receive priority. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

5. Confidentiality and fairness

We limit report information to those who need it for investigation, safety, legal compliance, or response, but cannot promise anonymity. Submit only accurate reports. Knowingly false, abusive, or retaliatory reports may themselves violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Appeals

To appeal an enforcement action, email info@reimage.cc with the affected account or repository, the notice or decision, why you believe it was mistaken, and any corrective action taken. Appeals are reviewed using the policies in effect when the relevant conduct occurred.
