Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing, or using ReImage Git, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only with that consent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials and access tokens, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at info@reimage.cc if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not impersonate another person or organization, register accounts primarily to evade enforcement, or transfer an account in a misleading or harmful manner.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant ReImage a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to publish your content. Public repositories and profile information are visible to anyone and may be indexed, copied, forked, or archived by third parties.

4. Service use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Automated use must respect documented interfaces, rate limits, resource limits, and reasonable operational requests. ReImage Actions is shared infrastructure and must not be used for unrelated computation, cryptocurrency mining, persistent hosting, or attacks.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to operate a reliable service, but ReImage Git is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, security incidents, upstream failures, capacity limits, or circumstances beyond our control may interrupt access. Keep independent copies of repositories and other important content.

We may add, remove, or change features and reasonable limits. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

6. Enforcement and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, disable Actions, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these policies. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct or appeal a decision.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Some information may remain in backups, security records, public forks, or records retained for legal and operational reasons.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReImage makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. ReImage is not responsible for user content or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReImage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Quebec will have jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
